1) YES! Who pays for the workers Health and Life Insurance? The Company.

Depending where you are? And I agree with one above. In another co that I worked for the "smokers" were constantly taking breaks... so every hour or so they were outside contributing to thier addiction. the non smokers had to continue working. 3)It is perfectly legal and becoming an accepted way of doing business. Discrimination laws only protect against things that one basically has no choice over (race, creed, color, national origin). Smoking is a choice that actually impacts on an employer (more sick days used, higher health insurance costs, lower productivity). 4) It depends on the sort of product with which you're dealing and what sort of odor is clinging to you. It is legal not to hire you for that reason though. 5) It's legal and the new wave of a lot of companies. It costs more to insure a smoker -- they need more breaks -- have more sick days, etc. More and more companies are going to either not hiring smokers, or making smokers pay more to be covered by insurance.

smoker and obese

I think it all depends on job like if your getting a modeling career you cant be a big person or if the job has a lot of physical exercise and you cant hack it then they can or can not hire you. if you smoke thats a habit thats something you choose to do so there for if it interferers with the job and its prohibited then they wont hire you.It depends on the job and the person who is hiring you for the job its up to them to decide.

problems

one of the main problems was that we did not know what to do form more than half of the class. the other one was it was just hard to find if they did hire on line you would have better luck going to the store and asking for an application.

what we learned from the job fair is that not to give false advertisement like say we are going to hire on the spot then say  go to the internet to apply. keep are job fair honest and right.

job expo

This job expo was being held down town in the el paso convention center on Wednesday for one of the largest job expos in texas. people were lined up since 7 pm two hours before the doors opened at 9 am and ran until 7 pm. There was a lot of truck drivers hired and not that much engineers. There was 10,000 job seekers.

home work

i had to quadruple space the lines and a header and a footer with the page numbers and my name
i had to headlines and make it bold and change the font and capitals the letters.

why am good

1) i think i would make a good employ because i do what am told
2) i follow the rules by the book.
3) i am also;y friendly

three things i am not good at are

1) some times you have to repeat things to me more than once
2) am impatient at times
3)i cant spell

how i did it

on my heading layer i put my name and on the second layer i named it mask. the i created an oval in front of the heading. On each layer i put a keyframe on frame 40. I then right clicked on the layers and made them into mask layers. I then unlocked the mask layer so i could see my work. I selected the oval and motion tweened it. I moved it behind the heading so it made the mask effect.

what i think

i think we will benefit a lot from BPA because we will learn how to be
successful and learn business management. it will be a great opportunity to learn how to run your business or someone's else's business.

some students really liked some of the careers we had. the parents were talking to the people students were getting informed about different careers. i tried talking to the people who came and making conversation with them.

am concerned with people not coming to are career expo and we will only have like 3 people come and thats not good.

i called like 5 or 6 car dealer ships and they all said to call back or leave a message.
i did leave messages and i will call back but i went to the secretaries
 of are class and told them to wright this information down hopefully they did do there job.

mean business

i think most of the businesses we call don't pay much attention to us and say no because we say high school they might think its a joke or they don't want to waist there time with little career expos that a small high school host. or they just want to be rude and not help us in are event.

my carrers

i want to do many things in my life am thinking of joining the military, joining  law enforcement, or making my own businesses of graphic design even training too be a ultimate fighter.

restroom passes

the problem that i think we have at anthony high school  is the limeted times we have to go to the restroom.the school is giving us 3 passes to go to the rest room the whole semester or every six weeks.  i think we should change the number of times we go to the restroom.
